Transportation method.
Soft & Chic’s products are shipped almost all over the world. We provide a variety of shipping options for each country on the checkout page, and you are free to choose the shipping method you want.
We mainly transport our orders through international express companies such as DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS/Yanwen.
Our orders are delivered door-to-door by default. That is to say, in most cases, the recipient does not need to perform any customs operations (provide documentation, pay customs duties, etc.), and we will be responsible for all processes during transportation.
1. Although we support global shipping, due to the particularities of some countries’ customs policies, we do not provide online shipping options, but you can contact us to get a quote.
2. In most cases, we provide full-process transportation services. However, if you encounter special circumstances, such as incorrect order information, random inspections by customs, etc., you may still be asked to provide information. This is just a matter of providing information as requested by them.
Order processing time.
Our order processing and processing time is 2-4 business days after your payment. The exact time will depend on inventory status, order size, and when the order is placed.
In order to ensure the quality of our products, each item needs to undergo strict quality inspection before being officially sent out. To ensure there are no quality issues and all your order items are packed in neat and high quality plastic bags.
Order tracking
Under normal circumstances, we will send you an order update email containing a tracking number after your order is shipped.
